Missionary Moment

From Sister Brooke Frischknecht -

Hello dear family and friends,
Wasn't General Conference amazing? I loved that there was a strong focus on families. The world is forgetting that God gave us families. A family unit is essential to His plan for us. I am so grateful to have living prophets and apostles that are not afraid to warn the world.
I loved Elder Holland's talk. Also Elder Christofferson's was powerful to me. Of course I loved them all, those are just two that stood out to me.

I was studying the last week of the Savior's mortal life this past week. It has deepened and strengthened my testimony of Him. I know He lives. Gethsemane had to happen. And I am so grateful to Him that it did happen. He knows our pain, also our joy. It is because of Him that we can have joy. He is the reason for our joy.

Creating a Culture of Faith and Optimism

The purpose of this blog is to share thoughts, ideas, and experiences that allow the Ward Council (and possible the entire Ward) to create a culture of faith and optimism. This is council that comes from President Shepherd and we are trying to figure out ways to do this better.

Optimism and Joy in the Gospel of Jesus Christ
